PWRbody

The PWRbody program is like nothing else!  Take your fitness goals onto the next level turning them to reality fast with this strong 1hr full body class.  Building strength to improve stability, mobility and function throughout the whole body with weights, body-weight plus an additional energy to keep your heart rate up to burn some extra calories!  With strong movements with varied structure students will experience a challenging workout that is accessible for all fitness levels.
