MONTHLY ONLINE PROGRAMS
This differs from personal training, at a fraction of the cost but still with all the benefits of having a program created especially for you and your goals. Take the workouts anywhere and complete at a time convenient to you, at the low few of only 50USD a month. Your trainer will keep track of your results and will continually modify your program as you progress.
A monthly subscription will include:
- 3 x Personalized progressive workouts, created by a RFH Personal Trainer, sent to you weekly, including resistance training, cardio and stretch/yoga sessions.
- Easy to follow instructions along with videos showing the client how to properly perform the exercises.
- Unlimited contact with your trainer via email and one weekly Skype session to keep you motivated.
For only 15USD to upgrade, enjoy our bespoke premium package which includes all of the above plus:
- 1 x weekly online 1-on-1 personal training session.
- An additional 2 personalised workouts.
- Healthy meals and recipes to keep you on track. If weightless if your goal we can help to create a safe calorie deficit meal plan.
