ONLINE FITNESS PROGRAMS

We know how difficult it can be to keep up your fitness routine when you have life, work and family to attend to.  At ROAR we think it is important to fit your fitness around your life, not the other way around.

If you cannot make it to one of our classes in Bali – how about joining our online program?

This differs from online personal training, at a fraction of the cost but still with all the benefits of having a program created especially for you and your goals.  Take the workouts anywhere and complete at a time convenient to you.  Your trainer will keep track of your results and will continually modify your program as you progress.

A monthly subscription will include:

  • 5 x Personalized progressive workouts, created by a RFH Personal Trainer, sent to you weekly, including resistance training, cardio and stretch/yoga sessions.
  • Easy to follow instructions along with videos showing the client how to properly perform the exercises.
  • Unlimited contact with your trainer via email and one weekly Skype session to keep you motivated.  

At an additional cost, you can upgrade to our premium package which includes all of the above plus:

  • 1 x weekly online 1-on-1 personal training session.
  • An easy to use fitness app to track your workout and progressions with all workouts, videos in one place
  • Healthy meals and recipes to keep you on track.  If weightless if your goal we can help to create a calorie deficit meal plan that is easy to follow.
